The secret of the resistance of the FLINTILES is the HPB (High Pressure Block) technology, a pressing process that makes the core of the block, composed of cellulose fibers impregnated with phenolic resins, is subjected to a pressure of 1,000TN / m² at 150ºC of temperature.
The result is a high-density and ultra-compact product, extremely stable, tight and totally resistant to water and steam, impact and wear. Ensuring maximum dimensional stability, avoiding swelling and deformation in the presence of continuous exposure to moisture and even leaks.
